I'm not always using a mouse.

The only time I use a mouse is if I'm playing a game.

Sometimes I'm in areas that I can't use a mouse.

I really like to just fix the browser, not work around it.

Just wondering, do you have any other add-ons that might affect smooth scrolling?

I saw something about someone accidentally installing the "Yet Another Smooth Scrolling" add-on, I doubt you would accidentally install an add-on but who knows?

I've disabled all add-ons, still not helping. I've even tried with a fresh install of FF, before anything was added to it. Nothing.

That was the add-on I tried using to fix it.
