Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

EDIT: Done. Sorry if I broke anything.
After I'm done I'll post some artists too

I made a YouTube playlist of every song posted in this thread so far!
Only 1 song per artist tho so sry I only included the first song from ur post @Zoey
Ok here are my recommendations
Nils Frahm - Great piano player and electronic musician. He makes modern-classical stuff that's just heavenly.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dIwwjy4slI8
The Avalanches - Australian duo with one album out released in 2000 called Since I Left You that's just absolutely phenomenal. The entire thing is made up of just samples yet stands on its own as an impressive musical work. It's a great summer record. I think they're gonna release another album this year after their 16 year hiatus.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P3YR-RKrL1g
clipping. - Experimental hip hop group. Very noisey, very electronic, very good. Highly recommend listening through the entirety of CLPPNG, and if you still feel underwhelmed, try out their debut album midcity.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XbU9UUwxBxA
Tim Hecker - His genres on Wikipedia are listed as electronic, ambient, drone, experimental, and noise. That basically describes him. One of the best ambient artists out there right now. If you're into artsy music and you somehow don't know about Tim Hecker, give him a listen.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oEqV5TqqogM
Courntey Barnett - Really great indie artist. If you're looking for good indie rock, this is for you.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SGj7TPq9Rgc
Deafheaven - A blackgaze group; a mix of shoegaze and black metal. Even if you're not really into metal (like me), they're worth listening to imo
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IIHH9THNRQA
Death Grips - Another experimental hip hop group. They borrow from hip hop, punk, metal, and electronic to make this really amazing sound that's worth checking out. It's like, super aggressive.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bvNLFpwAdBc
Foxygen - Basically just an 80s psych rock band that's making music in the 21st century. I love their sound.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cq7aPbhTqdQ
Have A Nice Life - One of my all time favorite bands right now. Deathconsciousness might just be my favorite album at the moment. It's distorted, it's heavy, it's droning.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8RtSOK2p61s (swearing in title)
Jon Hopkins - An amazing electronic producer. Worked with Coldplay and Brian Eno before, if that interests you at all.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=va4OyeQHbr8
This Will Destroy You - Really good post rock music. Easy to listen to, very atmospheric.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fp2xrgojTxo
Moderat - They do a lot of minimal electronic work. It's also pretty poppy.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3NPxqXMZq7o
Punch Brothers - They do progressive bluegrass. It's entirely acoustic. Just really nice to listen to.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AzpLDml1RQc
Spiritualized - A space rock group. These guys range from pop sounding songs to basically noise rock.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p47V3w4m1yg
And for the very obscure... I really doubt any of you know these two artists unless I told you before in IRC or something:
Makeup And Vanity Set - Another great electronic artist. Very 80s inspired.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=59qcqWnjFF0
Barn Owl - Probably one of the most obscure bands on this thread. An experimental duo; guitar heavy, very droney, and has elements of post-rock.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VZ7L2k4cS8g

Good idea with the playlist
But looks like somes people forget the "unknown" part when I see music with more than 300k views...
Time for somes suggestions :
I'm surprised there is no rap music... I don't want to spam too may links so I'll stop myself here hoping someone will make me discover some.

Literally just started listening to clipping. a few days ago! I really enjoy the glitch/noise aspect, my favourite song so far is probably Story 2.
