Played a campaign, EE disconnect, and then i need to start again

Hello everyone,
i was playing the campaign "Weird World". I was nearly at the end and then EE disconnect me. After that EE won't launch for a long time
I was about to continue the campaign, but as I joined it, i started at the beginning. Usually there's the message:
"SYSTEM: It looks like you were here few minutes ago. We have restored your previous progress so you don't have to replay everything. Good luck!"
But this time it was not displayed. It really annoys me to start it all over again.
I don't know, if a staff member could help me or if this is really a bug but i just want to try
And sorry for my bad englisch

You can only get your progress back if you got back to the level in less than 15 minutes. Obviously you didn't, so unfortunately you have to restart.

But it's kinda unfair, because EE was in this time down... how was i suppose to go back, when i can't even join?

Yeah. EE is so unfair... I'm stuck mini 15 of forgotten veil but... I got disconnected. My worst day in my life.

We should be able to respawn where we were no matter how much time passed if we get disconnected.

Make Lots of Alts and Have a Bot Join Them to Lag World With Server Space
