EE Filters

I got an idea from the graphic suggestions.

EE filters.

You can have animated filters play over EE through the use of various effects. I think this will be an excellent, fun way to spice up everybody edits.

How about a "darkness" effect that makes a small circle of light around the smiley, and covers up everything else with darkness? Since programming an actual "light" system would be difficult, I suppose it could just be a single image that covers most of the screen and follows the smiley.

Oh also I would like to mention that having the "no glasses effect" blur out usernames is probably a bad idea

When I made that thread I was thinking mostly about just changing the saturation/hue/contrast/whatever in your world, with a few basic presets, like Instagram filters.

Seconded that fog effects and similar things suggested in this thread would be rad.
