Gems staying at the same amount

So I have been logging on EE for a long time and I still have 25 gems when I know I collected 20 gems more. If you know why Can you please tell me? thank you.

Here is how daily rewarding works:

Day 0           +10 energy
Day 1           +25 Energy
Day 2           +50 Energy
Day 3           +75 Energy
Day 4           +100 Energy
Day 5           +150 Energy
Day 6           +200 energy
Day 7           +1 Gem
Day 8-13      Repeat day 1-6
Day 14         +2 Gems
Day 15-27    Repeat day 1-6
Day 28         +3 Gems

Are you sure you aren't mistaken and should collected more gems? If yes, then wait for staff's answer, maybe it's something wrong with system..?

Edit: I should also mention that on day 29 the whole process resets from begining. Gems do not increase each week (+4 gems, +5 gems...)
