Well considering you followed him as soon as he said we should nolynch (since thats Creature, the most peacfull townie ever) it made me suspicious.
Though considering Bimps and EB are up for a nolynch im semi-wrong.
HOWEVER!
Bimps and EB never did anything suspicious like you did, while Creature is showing quite a bit aggression and some behavior change (seriously since when does Creature suggest nolynching?)

He claims Mettaton, without saying what he is able to do.

But if you want a reason to be looked at: you've tried bandwagoning a few times, built up hate on me to to contribute to the bandwagon, and imo have been extremely aggressive/defensive.

I honestly truly do not think that JaWapa is mafia and I'm not going to hammer a mislynch. I would rather not lynch at all than lose a town for no reason on day 1, and I'm pretty sure JaWapa is town. This started out with him trying to get a reaction from Alpha in a dumb way and it just snowballed from there. This entire train is dumb and baseless, I don't get why it got this far.

Is not wanting to lynch really on D1 reall that scum indicative? I'm starting to warm up to Jawapa a little. What if we get this far and he flips town? Granted we don't know the size of the mafia, but I really doubt it's so large we can't wait a day to see what happens.

I know this is different from my earlier behavior. I just feel like at this point though Luka is being way too aggressive and way too self assured. His persistence to lynch Jawapa makes me believe less and less Jawapa is mafia. Also, whoever hammers votes at this point, especially if Jawapa flips town, is gonna look like scum. I think I'm just going to abstain for today.

That's literally what hammering means.

Think about it, it's always much harder for the person placing the first vote than it is for someone placing the last vote.
