Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

So here I want to share what stuck in my head most intensely after playing EE for almost 5 years. This thread shall be a reference to get a feeling what the people really want or like in this game the most. Maybe we find a pattern, that can please the most.
What I enjoyed the most were these 2 things (not saying these were the only ones, just saying):
- farming +15 magic few years ago in ugly great sized old EE levels or in Minis
- playing the Endurance + halloween + Fractured campaign
when magic was introduced you could easily get +10 and +15 magic almost on a daily basis. It was just fun trying to get that.
these three campaigns have a charm, that I do not see in others. It must be the fact, that each level is a bit time consuming. hearing always the same song in that whole period of doing these 3 campaigns non stop for many hours build a solid anchor for me, which people would refer to as nostalgia.
in conclusion for me it is most fun to earn a reward by "hard" work. nowadays i don't see that anymore. the people who like it easy, earning by taking their time to build a level, that just looks good and only consumed time but not hard work - they must like EE the most right now, seeing all these fancy looking updates.
I like the looks aswell and you did a good job on providing us with design and new action items.
Now it is time again for that other aspect:
something that can be earned with hard work and luck, where hard work provides more luck...
I see these possbilities:
- a hard campaign, hard not extreme and not with a single level that exceeds in difficulty.
hard maps, that need to be played for 1h, because of the difficulty to know what to do(NOT sign bombing) but a medium gameplay difficulty
or just the other way around
- a new luck and farming based item/smiley, which can be earned only in a certain period of time. Not to feel unique, rather to get the level to be played by many people. i know it sucks to be in a rush, but it has a feeling with it, that only comes with hurry.
- a fraction of a whole item, that can be found in a certain month only. the next month unlocks the chance to find another part etc... it can rotate every few months, so people who were unlucky in one month would have to wait, but at least they would get the chance to find the first month item again... stuff like that.

what did you like and what would you like to see again or for the first time?

I remember when Jersa and I used to be nice and ask for the code in a world. After when we got code, we would put a big red "X" mark on the whole world.
Also, i used to be obsessed about making minis.

I enjoyed when the jump potions first came out for beta and people were jumping 1 block higher than others and people can sometimes cheat by using it.
i also enjoyed the era of mr.shoe before he created magic levels and took the vacation.

hmm. one of the more memorable moments for me are just spending hours chatting to people and not really actually playing the game.
i also kinda enjoy the times i've played ee while voice chatting w/ ppl, like trying to do campaigns and stuff. but not when raging
altho when u finally beat a mini you've been stuck on for hours, it's such a good feeling
those "post-update" worlds where there's a ton of people are also pretty fun
actually getting something to work, like a mini or a device
co-op worlds and things like paint.me or the pol warbot are fun. basically things where u have to work with other people; for example, i was playing cursor.io earlier and i used like five alts to help people/further myself. spent so long. winning felt good mang

The last time I enjoyed this game was when Benjaminsen owned it. He just seemed to know what exactly to do to make the game more entertaining and popular.

The most fun I ever had in EE was playing boss levels back when they would constantly be filled with 35+ players for more than 6 hours in a row.
Muffin's Blackboard Boss
Zacoist's Volcano Boss (Don't remember the exact name)
Biggie's Boss
Whatter's Boss
MFL's Boss
OldSchoolGamer's Boss
Ryan's Banana Boss
Thecoolguy's Dragon Boss
I miss playing all of these
Maverick: Started up on a 6, when he pulled from the clouds, and then I moved in above him.
Charlie: Well, if you were directly above him, how could you see him?
Maverick: Because I was inverted.

I really enjoyed when crews were more of a fun thing, as opposed to a super serious thing. Like Bravoc, MX, etc. Good times

I really enjoy just chatting with people while I'm stuck on a mini, then finally beating it... then getting stuck on the next one. Also, making art on a level and having people enjoy it.

Most of my time on EE was filled with name calling, harassment, insults, dox, and overall hate.
So I guess when I first joined. I created a crew named BS Crew. It was Orcwizard, Threewheeldrive, and I. There were others, but I forget them. Things were so simple back then.

I enjoyed EE the most when I had first discovered it.
Being able to easily build a 2D platform level and then see other people play it instantly.
Back then it was enough to simply stay in your level, you'd get players for days.
I also enjoyed beating certain levels.
Winning in and of itself, but also to show off (the win system message or a screenshot) and to get a better playing-reputation among peers.
Not just really difficult levels: it's also fun to join a crowded minigames level and then get a win system message before everyone else.
I also remember fondly the updates with new action blocks.
Coin doors had such a major positive impact on the game.
The checkpoints with hazards, similar thing. Portals.
I have permanently left the game and forum.
EE is an entertaining game and I enjoyed playing it...
...but it's time for me to move on.

The sheer amount of curiosity, wonder, and inspiration I had when the game started. The game's promo trailer gave me everything I wished for—a tool in which I could share my creativity to a large community. When I saw worlds like "Everybody Edits Worm", I looked up to them and wished to know how to master world creation. Ever since the community seemed to become less creative and I knew how everything in the game works, this feeling was lost.

I enjoyed EE the most during the chaotic times of open worlds. The name of the game itself stems from the idea of a world where everyone can edit. Now it's just all "pro" mini-games and art. I mean, I suppose it has always been. But at least there were still people in the open worlds!

One of the more recent things I enjoyed was when we got the new staff and they rolled out an update in about 2-3 days.

I always enjoyed teleport hacking in boss to code maps, then secretly screwing up the bosses by dropping the winners. So sad that that kind of stuff can't really be done nowadays :c
