Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Calicara vs Kaslai confirmed.
Now, while the mislynch chance is high (7/9), it's our only way to get mafia down, waiting for a possible vig isn't an option. It also means that if we do get 1 mafia, that will reduce their nulber in half, while town loses about 1/7.
Remember that we have to act early before mafia gets to kill half of us, because then it will be even harder to lynch.
Btw my votes are random atm, it doesn't mean that I won't help, unless someone pulls the "lynch in 30mins" again

waiting for a possible vig isn't an option.
About that. There's no vig at all in the setup, actually.
Now, in order to help identify the setup we're in, I'm going to make a claim. I'm the bulletproof citizen. Which means that I will need to take 2 shots to die. Which leads to setup being either Column A or row 3. Now the important thing is to know if there is a Consort or not. I will also ask the tracker and the jailkeeper to not claim either. If there happens to be another PR, well, something went wrong
@Everyone: please noone else roleclaim. I did mine because I can't actually die, unless mafia wants to waste a night to pop the shield.

um
hardclaiming cus you have 2 lives, to figure out the setup, not so bad idea but... why do it now?
i mean you could at least wait for d2 or when the mafia doesnt do a kill, instead of hardclaiming when we're all still on the fun mode

I think it is a good idea. Once we wait a bit to make sure no one counterclaims him, we can be sure that he is definitely town.
I also had the thought that if we waited long enough and saw no one to do what he did, we could be fairly certain that there was no bulletproof in the game (no other role would roleclaim this early).
AlphaJon town.

I don't see an issue with it. Better we know now then lose a townie N1, or we figure it out when bulletproof gets shot N1.
As usual, AlphaJon, I'll wait for everyone to acknowledge your claim before I believe you.
Night feedback is being removed, meaning you won't be told if you get roleblocked, if an attack against you fails, or any other action is performed on you.

Because unless there's a jailor, or Doctor, or Processor is Mafia, you're probably gonna die n1 because you talk to much

@Calicara: You sound oddly confident.
You might be right though, I hope I am protected tonight...

If you aren't afraid of anything you must be scum!

Or are you the one who's scum? Who knows! I'm just tired of lurking in the shadows. This town is a mess and we need to do something about it!

This has been mentioned before but how does starting with an even amount of players give us a better chance at winning?
Because with 8 players, you need to get 5 out of 6 town to agree on a mafia lynch [and 3 out of 6 for a mislynch if mafia put votes in].
With 9 players, you need 5 out of 7, which is easier to achieve, while still being 3 town votes minimum for a mislynch, if both mafias vote.
This is because votes have to be strictly >50%, otherwise it it was >=50%, even numbers would gain advantage.

Am I the only one who finds jons role claim a bit off? I don't see what a bulletproof townie would gain from claiming BP. Really, it would just hurt the town, as the mafia would then know not to waste a shot on the BP citizen. I trust Jon is smart enough to realize that, so I'm just wondering what we have to gain with this information.

Well now we know if we're playing column A or row 3.
If AlphaJon is lying, someone could counterclaim at any time. Since no one has spoken up, I assume the other person with a PR knows AlphaJon is telling the truth and will keep his/her identity a secret.
Btw AlphaJon, you won't know if you were shot or not so be careful
Offline
Alpha, why did you feel the need to hard claim so early?
A bulletproof townie is one of the the most OP roles in the game, but only if you don't go blabbing about it
Offline
Ok, now that everyone has acknowledged my claim, I will say something else.
I'm not actually a bulletproof. I claimed it in order to eliminate the C row and the A column, because it's the only role I could go to without looking dumb.
I repeat, I am not a bulletproof townie.
Unless the actual bulletproof didn't bother counterclaiming, which I doubt, there is no bulletproof, reducing the chance of a Consort to 1/4, and the Consort would come with Sheriff and Doctor, which is to me a winning combo if done right.
Now row B is tricky, because it consists of 2 very valuable roles, and I don't want to mess them up.
