Crew Faceplate: Gold disappears randomly

Hi,

for a crew I created the upgrade "Faceplate: Gold" disappeared several times now.
First I thought I did not even buy them, but after re-purchasing them they vanished again.
This seems to happen when I logged out for various reasons - afterwards the Faceplate: Gold was gone.
This "logout" seems to be forcefully applied as I never hit any logout button.

The affected crew is
"Drawing Stuff and Grills" http://everybodyedits.com/crews/drawingstuffandgrills

For another of my crews the faceplate was once gone temporarily only. Kinda scary if you ask me.
Does anyone else have or had similar issues?
