It's been said before, I'll say it again now, and I'll probably keep on saying it til the forums shut down: ban length is decided by your history of rulebreaking much more than it is by what you did most recently. If you break a lot of rules, you get a long ban, even if all you did most recently was say "lulz" in a topic. The more rules you break, the more fed up the system gets with you. It calms down over time, but if you do something really bad then it takes longer to chill out.

that has nothing to do with what i'm talking about, i'm talking about how "flamebaiting" was renamed to "troublemaking" and became a two-point offense instead of three

I don't understand how people get warnings.

The only time I've ever gotten a warning on any forum ever was when I was antagonizing Meredith during the whole stolen database/domain fiasco.

want a sticker for being worse than me? i was permabanned originally, then it was reduced to a ban until jan 1 2017, then reduced to about 4 days from now, and now i was unbanned yesterday and will be banned for five days after mafia ends. suck IT
