Ice sign

If you put a sign on yourself (or go to read a sign) and any block is put on top, the block will show an ice block while you're inside the block.
It is possible to go out and after done so, the block will go back.

In all this time no matter what text the sign had it shows an empty sign bubble.

I put a block above me and then put a sign - nope
I put a block, then a sign beneath it and walk to read - nope

you place the sign, go to it, then place any block on the sign.
