Improved [list]

Currently, the only options on the list BBCode are to start on the first number (1) or the first letter (A). I suggest the ability to start on any letter or positive integer (including 0).

You could try this as a workaround in the meantime. It's a bit messy though, since the list starts with 1. 0 and the first item has a bit of space padding.

1.    0. this is your first item

   1. second item

   2. third item item

   3. fourth item
