I told rhazzlefrazzle to modkill zoey for taking advantage of caliraca and attempting to break the game.
He only modkilled Calicara, because modkilling zoey would break the game balance.
This was a terrible choice, but okay fine. Life isn't fair. What followed is that Rhaz completeled failed to manage Calicara, who was furious at the fact that Rhazh didn't modkill zoey.

Which confirms that she is scum. Which confirms that Zoey is town.

What is worst however, is the slip from Rhazh himself. (4 hours before the post from calicara)

While it was kind of stinky move, it was also stinkilly irresponsible for Calicara to get drunk and risk revealing herself. I think it is more-so Calicara's fault for letting her guard down in a serious game like this. If I were hosting this, I would let Calicara be responsible for her actions. Although, I am not exactly sure how the game works or what is going on, so I may be wrong on some things.

Oops, I just saw rule nine, so I can understand why this happened. While I think it was a bit much to cancel a game just because two players broke the rules, I do understand why this may be a problem.

RhazzleFrazzle did not want to modkill zoey. He was ready to replace smitty and myself (who broke no rules, but saw the calicara's post) instead of modkilling zoey.

I did try to convince him of that.
But to Rhaz, it was way more important to keep the game balance intact (which he failed to do anyway) than to make the game experience fun for the players.
After talking with him for a long long time, I managed to convince him that it was better to just give up the game since he wasn't willing to modkill zoey at all. I still don't understand why.
