Can't use scroll wheel in Firefox 44.0.1

When scrolling using the scroll wheel in the shop, the entire page moves down in Firefox. Chrome does not appear to be affected.

I cannot replicate this issue on "Firefox 47.0a1 (2016-01-26)" (the nightly build of Firefox on Ubuntu 15.10.) Has anyone else tried the nightly version/stable version on mac or windows?
