cant connect to kiwiirc chat

i didnt really know where to post this so i picked forum discussion because forums have the link to chatroom sooo... yeah
today when im trying to connect a red box appears above the nickname field that says "connection error (connect ECONNREFUSED ___________)"
instead of ___'s there was an IP adress but of course i wont put it here for obvious reasons

127.0.0.1?

use a diffrent client

if you can read this....good for you

I get the same error but when I refresh it is gone. Also, when I click in that Send button it doesnt send the message but opens another link.

kiwiirc is back up and i've installed hexchat as a backup for now, thanks for help
