Customizabile titles

Title say it all, a feature where you can customize a title to the custom title.

I think avatar means the same as your profile picture and it's more important than signature.

On some forums you're allowed to change your display name once every year (half a year or so for elite members) so idk if that could be implemented for member titles
It would make contest titles kind of obsolete though
