Ay family I'm trying to make a forum but I don't know where to start. I know HTML, CSS, JAVA, And Jquery.

Where do I go to host and make a forum like this?

I am zero experience in databases and php.

What doo?

I want the forum to be like this one. All the similar elemnts and stuff.

well zoey did cover all the realistic points. if you wanted an exact copy of this, you'd need to pester different. I mean, there's some slick programming here and there.

If you only wanted a forum... then you're good to go.
