I am playing imn two screens / two acounts so in can see this bug.
1. If your friend came to ee he is 0FFLINE, he will be seen only 0NLINE if he joins a room.
2. If you have accepted just a friend request there will be a page with the users name:
Last seen: One year ago.3. If your friend goes into shol he will be marked 0FFLINE
-> There are so many reasons when the radar gets stuck but i found just these 3
Will you ever try to fix that?
If you are in the Lobby more then 5 minutes you will be marked as 0FFLINE (or i dont know as eeanatoly i just went out of the shop)

Then you afk in lobby - you don't playing , right? Offline.
Then you add friend , is that really hard to click "friends" again to reload friends?
