Pull the emergency break lever, jump out of the train, kill the person who's operating the train and drive the train the rest of the way to Mrshoe land.
Before NVD can do that, he must fight his attacker.

Realize that the train isn't moving, pick up the EE CD from the ground, use it, /ban the attacker, "un-use" the cd, go back in the train, ask the train driver to drive already.

NVD guessed right, the train wasn't moving at all. He takes his EE CD, that's intact because every block in EE can't be broken. NVD turns the world to EE mode and bans the attacker, then comes back to the train as it starts moving.
...
When the train was passing upon a bridge, NVD notices there's nothing forwards the trail. He remembers he accidentally deleted that, and the fall seems to be big.
