[suggestion] A status/mood bar

Ok so I got this idea at school since my friend (if you remember airplane12) got me really **** off and in a bad mood so I got me an idea that there should be a little status/mood bar and I think it should be enabled or disable in profile settings... or just put it in your signature like I did //forums.everybodyedits.com/img/smilies/tongue
