Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

In this RPFG, you team with no more than three members. You are an intelligent group of members, however that intelligence will be put to the test through a series of mind-bending problems that will require your team to work as a group to solve these puzzles.
The game starts when there are sufficient teams joined. You do not need to be the first team to finish, however, your team will earn extra points if you correctly answer the questions first. For every problem you solve correctly, your team earns 10 points.
Before the set due date, your team will need to have come to an agreed answer and one person in your team will private message me what your team thinks is the correct solution. If you get it right, I will notify your team. However, if you get it wrong, I will notify the messenger, and it is their duty to warn the team that you've got the solution wrong.
Do you have what it takes to break these mind boggling puzzles?
It's not compulsory to join as a team, however, these questions may be too logical for one's thinking. As a result, you are encouraged to form a group up to and including four members. If you do, however, agree to form a group, everyone in your group must agree to it, for me to put you up as a contender.
PLEASE NOTE: You must have private messaging enabled in order to join.

Puzzle 1 has been addressed; check your private messages for the details.
For anyone who wants to participate late, you will need to wait for puzzle 2, meaning you will start out with 0 coming into puzzle 2.
Remember, you can choose to play solo, but as challenges get harder, it is encouraged to find a team.
