Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Well as a returning vet of EE, when I first tried to play one simple level that I know for sure my old hunk of junk of a PC can run, it was filled with absolute horrible lag. I was hoping to rejoin the EE community and actually PLAY but no, that's not going to happen. I personally would like to see the Unity Gateway be officially released PLEASE. It is literally my only hope until I build my new PC. Enough about me, I want to hear how the EE community is dealing with this situation; rather it be small or big. If you are experiencing lag please note it here!

Playing via .exe or .swf client gives almost no lag.
It is literally my only hope until I build my new PC.
Your PC's specs barely affect the lag. EE is a simple game and would run great on any PC, blame flash player (which will be gone soon (hopefully))

How do I do the .exe or .swf Client?
Is it something I download?
Sorry I'm bad when it comes to things like this and you're right Flash Player is HORRIBLE.

Yeah you play the game in a separate window instead of playing it through your browser.

I'm playing through Kongregate on Chrome and occasionally get lag.
^I switched to firefox and doesn't lag for me, unless I have like 2-4 other tabs opened at same time, then it's just that annoying lag.
thanks zoey aaaaaaaaaaaand thanks latif for the avatar

For me it sometimes lags on ee.com and doesn't on beta.ee.com and vice versa

I'm sorry but none of you know what you're talking about (and neither do I)
but from a programming standpoint (flash aside)... you can make things work with what you're given.
There's more than one way to skin a (insert animal here)... in other words... EE could probably be without lag, if we just optimized. But we don't know how. And we think that Unity will fix things.
It won't, if we continue to be bad programmers.
(I'm being simple with my evaluations because I've said this before, with vaguer definition)
so yeah, please don't write this off as an adobe problem, because you'll let the actual cause of this go unchecked, and it'll come back in another form with unity thx

After some time in EE you will get laggy and have to close out and open up a new window for it

Jawapa is working on optimizing website which seems to be giving some lag issues. You can also try minimal version on jawapa.everybodyedits.com
10 years and still awkward. Keep it up, baby!
