Off-Topic no Discussion subforum
It's a forums for off-topic topics without a discussion at all, such "Look what happened", "This game..." and stuff. Yes, with a spam control.

Non-Topic Worthy Off-Topic Thread just sucks. Nobody gives a bimps for IRC.

I really think we should just be way more laid back with the off-topic forum and rename the "Off-Topic Discussion Thread" to just "Chit Chat" or something to make it more of a chat thread rather than a "your topic sucks just post it here" thread.

But it's a chat, what if I want to make a topic about something that promotes no discussion at all?
