When censoring, tell people they can disable the filter

I'm tired of people evading the swear filter. Can you make the server tell people the first time they swear and get caught by the filter that they can turn the filter off, so people just do that instead of evading the filter?

You say that like unstated game features are a crime.
This game is supposed to be kid-friendly to newcomers. If someone can't figure out how to look at a game's settings and check off a box that clearly states if filters are on or off, then they probably don't deserve to have filters off.

People should know this, to make it more kid-friendly people should be aware that they can go into an unfiltered mode keeping the filtered mode cleaner.
