You don't. If your username is significantly different, then you will be given a Formerly ____ title. For example, Peugot -> Hostage and AYB -> !nb4 were both big changes and we gave them Formerly ___ titles. But MLGNinja -> Ninja and Goshanoob -> Gosha were small enough changes that they don't have those titles.
