What are these exactly? Are they new faceplates for crews or not? They are not in the crew shop.

Something they might have forgotten to put in the game?

The update introduced quite some interesting things, concentrating on new mechanics.
The faceplates will very likely be added in a quick patch or in the next update.

Along with the late redesign of the clown smiley which you can see in the loading screen but not in the game.
