I think it would be DJ at the top because no one has it, but it's in the game's memory.

DJ isn't a hacked smiley, it's a smiley no one has BUT it's in the game.

I think the Easter contest smileys are more rare than the Halloween smileys.
There were two sets of winners for the Halloween contest, whereas the Easter Contest only had one set of winners. So, the top ten rare smileys that at least one person has in order, in my opinion:
Superman
Bird
Bunny
Lit Pumpkin
Pumpkin
Big Spender
Witch
And then there's a wide gap
Ultimate Fan
and Maestro
and then Fire wizard
I say Maestro because not only is it beta, but you also have to spend a lot of energy to get it.

Yes, but it was still more widely available.

Here, I did the research:
Team winners:

12 lit

18 unlit

5 bird

10 bunny

And those are the number of teams that won, not the number of people who have the smileys, so it just depends how many were on the team.
There were two sets of winners for the Halloween contest, so that's why, although higher ranking, the lit pumpkin is less rare than the bunny.

new years isn't that rare. i have every smiley but the contest ones, the witch, and the fire wizard. i still like using worker smiley the most because no one who isn't a "nub" uses it ever. also, i would be willing to pay 500$ for a ¯\(°3°)/¯ smiley.

Ahem, fire wizard and witch are the the same in rareness! I have the witch and I still don't even have the fire wizard! But i do have (what i call) the water wizard

Yes, but the witch has come out much later than the fire wizard which means more people have fire wizard than the witch.
