Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Less Lag

yes, I said it. We need less lag. That'll bring peace to the middle east, less child labor, and the likely improvement of unicorns from endangered species to slightly-not-endangered.

With your support, we can bring this change into existence!
Well, not really YOU, but ... yeah.

Lag is bad. Lag is slow. Lag is obstructive.

let's get rid of it.

No but seriously, I'd suggest stopping the downward trend (that is, increasing lag with each successive update) and turning it upside down. (:

Re: Less Lag

Hey,

Jawapa is working on optimizing website which seems to be giving some lag issues. You can also try minimal version on jawapa.everybodyedits.com

Another possible cause of the lag are particles but these are only present in lobby and in-game when you have them enabled. Solution here is to disable them.

Other possibility are animated blocks. We are considering option to disable animations to fix this.

I can't see any other causes as I'm not (and neither does my brother) experiencing any lag. I also tested it with frame rate counter and it was around 40 when moving.

Any details about when it lags would be very useful. For example does it only happen when you move, how many players are there when it happens, are there any animated blocks in view/world. The more information you give the easier it will be for us to locate and eliminate all the issues.

I did have a CPU usage increase even in the lobby, so I suppose the lobby particles keep eating the CPU even when in a world.
