Weekly Campaign

Hello you !

Since quite some time we are looking for a way to make life easier for new players. Whether by increasing the maximum amount of energy or items which will be infinite after the purchase.
So I ask the same thing. How to help these little guys, and as a bonus how to push them to stay play the game ?

The idea is simple. This is to make a consistent basis levels that can be used in turn for temporary campaigns.
We have somes lists :
- Random Art and Creative Levels by Dazz
- The Level Library by D-Rock2308
- The Level List by Koto

The objective would be to classify hundreds (and hundreds) of worlds in the categories of current difficulty (easy, medium, hard, extreme) and every week to generate a random campaign with a level of each difficulty.

Each week, players can then tried their luck again for more energy. Imagine something like: +5 for the easiest level, +10 for the medium, +15 for durum and +20 for the extreme. In more of the refill.

Of course there are several problems:

- What happens when the worlds are not "campaign mode" ?
                        The level is locked ? But there'll be lot of levels...
                        If levels are not locked (exept if the level is randomly taken for the campain), every players can modify his level to make it impossible.

- What will happen if the player wants to change the world after a cool update ?
                        The player can't ?
                        He need to ask the staff.

- What's happening if he wants to remove the world ?
                        The player can't ? But thats maybe rude.

- How ask hundreds players if we can lock there level ?
                        Lot of work in more for the staff if every players have to be contacted...
                        Or when a player finish a level, he mark it as finished (like for the crew system), to notify to the staff that his level can be taken for the weekly campaign.

- How to classify ALL these worlds ?
                        The utopy is to have 52 levels of each category (one year of random campaign), that'll be a work which will be done little by little.

- It may be repetitive campaigns ?
                        Maybe.

Too much for for stuff
becasue they need to fix all bugs and mistakes in maps where you can stuck

It's just for few days, so...

That's for me a minor problem compared to the difficulty to found ggod level and ask owner if they can lock it...

That's for me a minor problem compared to the difficulty to found ggod level and ask owner if they can lock it...

I will gladly go through levels to determine difficulty if it is necessary.

I think this is an amazing idea. It shows levels from players and it doesn't require people to go out every week to find levels because they are already in the lists.

Oops, I forget about that...

Anyway, that can be fix easily, but once again, this give more work to the EE staff, and this every week...

But there can be beta level testers like rgl32, to find all fails...
Or a sort of list, on the lobby, where all the "random campaign levels" are listed and player use /report[something] if there's a mistake.
A bit like the training room of the Ex Crew Sift with an option to help staff.
Idk, I go maybe to far ^^

Yea, need to do "helpers of Ee staff" to test and edit bugs

But you really think that Ee staff want to make it?

That can just be a sticky topic in the "Campaign Suggestions" section,
The topic will list every levels and players can post pictures if there're stuck somewhere.
That seems easier than a new EE rank ^^
