Circular Block Bar - Block Torus (Low priority suggestion)
Instead of having a flat block picker, let's make it round. The way it would work is that when you open the block picker, you get a donut shaped block picker, and on the edge of the screen are titles for the different tabs.
When you move your mouse over one of the tabs, the inside of the donut shows all the blocks you can choose from. Hover over a different tab, and the blocks change.
Then to close the tab, you can start moving your smiley, and the inside of the donut will disappear again. The outer ring showing the different tabs would remain.
This idea would be low priority, if anything, but it may be easier to navigate than clicking on the tabs. I'll make some graphics soon for this. This idea would of course be an option to select. Another could be the customisable block bar.

If you gave images of how it would look, then someone would be able to say if it would be cool or bad. So i can not say anything about this.

this sounds an awful lot like dishonored's wheel thing. idk, that sounds pretty... flashy, and kinda neat. honestly kinda like it. i want it in unity tho b/c knowing ee it'll make it lag harder

It would look a bit like that, just less flashy. I'll try to make some graphics later today or tomorrow, depending on what I need to do.
