some ideas

-flying block(no space)
-enemies
-blocks (smails) {for levels HIDE N SEEK}
-door (open whene we have a key)
-2-PLAYER SPLIT-SCREEN!
-moving platforms
-edit/god mode coin(get edit/god mode whene we collect it)
-red/green/cyan coins! with doors and gates
-school blocks
