max health is 6, but since you healed to 8 this turn, you stay there until you are damaged. if you take like 1 damage for example, you wouldn't be able to heal it back.

I know what you mean, there's no real way of determining if it is ever safe to do anything.

I'll think of ways to improve this for the next game. Maybe have teams of 2 people instead of 3? Then multi-team alliances would be more feasible?
