Lock All the Suvey Topics

Strawpolls and Surveys are becoming a meme. I vote we lock anything that isn't officially sponsored by the staff or a respected community member, and/or has no purpose other than asking an inane question to no end.

But seriously, to blanket the entire group doesn't seem necessary. We could get reasonable insight from these. Probably won't, but you have to forgive us, it's just EE. Not an advertising group.

I don't see anything wrong with strawpolls, nor have I seen them being used as some sort of forum mass memeing at all. It's just a helpful polling website.
