Why can't you afford 2 CENTS? How did you buy a computer? How poor is your family? Why do you want us to give money to some stranger you call "your friend"?

It's annoying how everyone says "OMGz, y cant you find 2 cents off da street?!?!" Clearly, the matter is that he is not able to obtain a Paypal account or something of that matter. Some people don't have these accounts which also links to your credit card, something you generally can't receive until you are of a required age limit (usually 18 or older).

If their parents don't let them get chat, why should we? If you were a parent and you didn't find chat appropriate but you saw your son using it how would you feel?
