Ruler Function

I know a lot of people find it annoying when you have to count out each and every block when wanting to make stuff even. It's really annoying:|. And that's why I believe there should be some kind of ruler function, that like counts out blocks on you screen. Sort of like the information thing when you press I. If you think I am talking weird and I am typing with not correct grammar, don't worry i'm only 10.

P.S. I would really appreciate it!

I don't know if I am able to post another suggestion on the same page (please correct me immediately if I'm supposed to make another one) but another idea would be Beta Backgrounds, I know it sounds weird, but it's a good idea. (my opinion)

Press I and you can see the X and Y coordinates of that point - add or take away from those values and you have your length.

I now always build with inspect on (wish I could inspect and only see coordinates and not who placed the block though.

I was replying to the rule idea because that was in the OP and I was saying another (better) way to solve the problem, beta backgrounds have been suggested many times before.
