Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

EEforums.cf

So you think it was alright to outdate the link? Unacceptable! EEforums.cf must lead to forums.everybodyedits.com properly! Fix please!

It's a caching issue. Visit eeforums.cf in private browsing mode and it'll work properly. Or clear your cache. Or ignore it. Whichever

Chrome/Opera/Firefox: F12 then right click the refresh button and select a `Empty Cache and Hard Reload` - or alike

Re: EEforums.cf

Clearing the cache does nothing. It's still saying "Bad request".

Okay what happens if you go to eeforums.cf in incognito mode? Or another browser?

Re: EEforums.cf

Or... just use forums.everybodyedits.com.

Re: EEforums.cf

Like I said, it's a caching issue. If you visited the page before it was changed to redirect correctly, it'll still redirect incorrectly. Just use forums.everybodyedits.com or clear your browser's cache.

Re: EEforums.cf

Yeah it was a 301 Permanent redirect, so it takes a few days for the cache to expire. Deal with it.

Re: EEforums.cf

Yeah, I have the similarest issue. Private browsing or not.

Also, you COULD just take p=# special cases and redirect them on the forum end.

Easier imo

Re: EEforums.cf

I don't believe this is a caching issue based on how 5 days later it still redirects to https://forums.everybodyedits.com/viewtopic.php?pid=#p even in a browser that's never been to it before.

Re: EEforums.cf

It's already done like that so when you add a post id at the end of the link the post id is added to the pid and #p

My PC, which I haven't cleared the cache in months, allows EEforums.cf to send me properly to the index. My phone on the other hand still sends me to the error page, even after multiple cookie deletions, cache flushing, and browser history deletion.

Re: EEforums.cf

So what we've determine is that it really is a cache issue
but localized only to processor?

because we're all sitting here pointing out how it doesn't work but I'm not seeing the "oh yes, I see my error, fixed" continuation/response.

edit: oh nvm. I see processor's "Deal with it"
is that a de facto lock then?
