smileys i get with builders club

i have one question:
when you buy builders club, some of the packs you get come along with smiley (like ny2010, music ones and valentines2015)
when my builders club expires, will these smileys go away? i mean, just the ny2010 and valentines2015, because i have the music ones

also, theres something strange: i have builders club but i don't have the valentines2015 smiley, that would came up with the pack, like with the ny2010 that i have
