Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

PC/online WhatsApp help

Hello, I have a question, does any of you know a serious website for PC (downloadable) WhatsApp or online WhatsApp without using a phone at all?

                  Thank you in advance!

I said ''WhatsApp without using a phone at all'' just like Facebook can be used just on a phone or just on a PC.

Re: PC/online WhatsApp help

I don't think you can use WhatsApp without using a phone in some way, except if there's some crazy unknown method (I searched for this exact same thing when I was without a phone some time ago and I literally found nothing)

WhatsApp Online relies on QR codes and stuff. I think asking someone to give you their old phone (that reads QR ofc), and setting it up, might work. The problem is that you'll have to rely on their phone number, and if you lose your "session" cookies you'll have to redo the whole process.
Or maybe a Windows Phone/ Android virtual machine? I dunno. Either way nowadays you really, really need a phone for pretty much anything and I learnt that the hard way.

Well thank you for your time! I can't find anything either.

Apparently there are some unofficial clients floating around. Just now I was poking around the list of programs I could potentially install and I saw this and remembered you were looking for something like it. I'm using linux, but it also supports Windows and OS X so you should be set no matter what OS you use. Downloads available here.
