Sending a PM to Guest
Actually if you are going to send a PM and you choose the user id 1, you will see that you are sending a PM to Guest
Try this link and see: http://forums.everybodyedits.com/pms_send.php?uid=1
When you try to send the PM, it will throw an error: There's no user with the username "Guest".
Something obvious that you can't send a PM to an user that does not exist, but a way to show people that user ID 1 is Guest
