It'd be nice if there was an option to have the forum notify you when someone quotes your post (similar to PMs). It would be easier to discuss things back and forth without having to dig through and check back on the topic all the time.

well, ajax, or parse quote tags in the submit page. hmm.
Yeah, quote is one of a few tags that have preg_replace_callback instead of preg_replace so that gives me a nice place to deal with it.
