Vote to remove levels from crew
Although I don't have any levels I want removed from my crew I know a lot of other players do.
So why not allow players to vote to remove levels from the crew?
It would work by selecting the level you want removed from the crew and having a notification sent out to the other crew member via the news tab.
And if 80% (could be any percentage ) of the crew agree to remove it then it gets removed.
The notification could look something like this:
