Because I've been sick from the flu and been lazy.

Also, all of the levels have been officially copied to our pricate server for testing now.

Well I got teh flu too and that didn't stop me from making a level

Although I'm sure judging is a lot worse then making

He probably means why isn't his team signed.
Answer : He didn't sign up or submit his level
