"Bot" User Title?

I was scrolling through the list of people without posts, and found a user named Colobot. What is odd is that the user has a "Bot" user title, has no posts, and registered few days ago. What is this account for?

Looks like it belongs to processor, it's email is from yonom.org. Colo could be short for colosseum.
