Lost my smileys

Hey guys,

I am a returning player and I haven't played for about 2 years. When I finally remembered my password all of my smileys were gone! Is there some update i missed a while back where i lost all of them? Is there any way i can get them back??

My in game username is Bobgc123 but now when it prompts me to sign in, it wants my email. If i remember correctly i used to sign in with my username. But i am using the correct email i verified that.
