Here i got 3 suggestions:

When you try to join closed world you will get this:

and host of the level will get this:

If he press YES you'll get into world.
If he press No you'll get this:

and now if you try to join this world again, you'll get the same "world is closed", but host still can see "*SYSTEM: Goshanoob tried to join " in chat

Very good idea!
But the problem about 2nd image is that this pop up disturbs the world owner while doing stuff so a smaller pop up would be better.

1) it is only 1 message per person, if somebody try to join again, owner will get only "*SYSTEM: Goshanoob tried to join " in chat . No this choice again

2) "World 1" is a closed world. but you cant see it from friend list , with my update you can and wouldnt try to join extra time

3) hm, maybe do this instead?

remember the stream. a bunch of people tried to join. imagine how annoying would be to keep getting that message. plus what if the owner is afk. the player would be stuck in loading forever.

i guess it could be a setting to allow owners the option to let them it.

To add on to your idea, you can make a timer saying "If the owner don't respond in [x] seconds, you will get kicked out." and for the owner it could say "Respond in [x] or [player] will get kicked."
