In Romanian "you are" translates as "ești".
Most of Cities and Streets ends with this verb(because its like a synonym with "to exist").
So by direct translating:
"București"(the capital city) = "You are happy"
"Golești"(a village) = "You are naked"
"Grozăvești"(a street from the capital) = "You are awesome"
