Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Welcome to my newest bot, Sinnoh Underground CTF!
Level: http://everybodyedits.com/games/PW00-lVrkrb0I
Rules: Take on your friends in a 200x200 CTF world! Build a base, decorate it, then open it and start the game! Lay traps for your friends and steal those flags!
Commands:
!claimroom ## - Gives you a room, numbered 1-119 (120 doesn't work somehow D;).
!gotoroom - Puts you back in your room, as long as you aren't holding someone else's flag (no cheating ).
!openroom - Opens your room, allowing you to steal other flags and have your flag stolen! Also closes decoration mode.
!closeroom - Closes the room so you can decorate it.
---Decoration Mode Commands (Beta)---
!resetroom - Clears all decorations from memory
!drawroom - Draws your current room with all the decorations. Can only be used every 30 seconds.
![decoration name] [x] [y] - Puts a decoration into your room memory. Rooms are 12x8 and 0,0 is the top left corner, while 11,7 is the bottom right. Use !drawroom to show all the decorations you have put down. Note: x and y must be double digits (01, 03, 11, 08).

Why so many commands? Isn't it better to have one command but different parameters?

I can't see that helping...
"!chikoritadoll 02 04"
Nub: "COOL CHIKORITA DOOL!"
"!makedec 03 02 04"
Nub: "WHAT DOES THAT MEAN? WHY ARE WE MAKING DECKS? WHAT ARE THE NUMBERS? AAAAAAA"

you all are overlooking something, though
there are just too many things to keep straight
'build a base, decorate it'
I had considered doing something like this. But, instead of saying "!block" for everything, I'd just have a spawn block.
Just an idea, don't scream... but, what if you had a lineup of the various items that can be 'purchased' where the user does some movement in a store-esque room? Then they don't have to worry about remembering things...
then, the tools could be quickchats. ... though that requires remembering things.

Or perhaps you stand at the spot you want the decoration to come, say a single command, like !place, goto your mentioned 'menu' where you then choose (without text) the decoration to place. Prevents chat spam and people knowing what your building beforehand (just like your idea).

Could have signs that say an item; then when you jump, you get teleported back to your base and decoration pops up or something like that.
thanks zoey aaaaaaaaaaaand thanks latif for the avatar

The problem with all of these ideas is that there is no space left in this world for that. Also, repeatedly going into a portal, finding the decoration you want, jumping, and then placing it is much more time-consuming than typing "!snorlaxdoll 02 02", "!redtent 05 05", "!mazeblock5 08 03"...
Also, is it really so difficult to have this forum open in another tab, or copying/pasting all the decorations into a notepad and putting it in a corner of the screen to look at? O_o

When is this bot on though?

You're have a good idea, but maybe look into natural language. For example, someone could say "build a deck here" and it would do it.
Again, that's not really the issue though. It's simply expecting the user to consume large volumes of information (things the bot /can/ do)
I don't deny that the idea is good, but it only fixes half of the problem.

That really depends on how fun of a game you can make this. Honestly, I've turned away from bots that host their help files externally online. (Undoubtedly others, if few, do the same) -- the difference here is the sheer quantity.
If you really don't have enough space, let the user scroll through the item they're placing, then. Have the bot erase/replace the possible item through user input (left/right arrow keys?)
Sure, that increases your block sending dramatically, but only due to constraints you enforce.
