I deleted it relative recently and I don't usually download things.
I empty it only when I must reinstall something and I can't find it because of the mess.

17.8GB on Windows, but only 5.1GB on Linux since it's only been installed for a few days.

Find the Downloads folder (C:/Users/<your user>/Downloads), right click it, click "Properties"
