Raise Coin/Death Door and Switches limit to 199

The previous suggestions have been to raise it to 999, which is not feasible due to texture size restictions.

However. The "1" is only two pixels wide.

The number 199, written in the font, is only 14 pixels wide. This means that it could fit on a block.

An extra 100 limit on switches and doors would add a lot of additional possibilities.

I did see someone fit 999 on it, but they had to change the font slightly. Not sure which is the better solution.

The problem probably is not that it doesn't fit on the block.
With a slightly changed font it fits.
The problem probably is that each value is being stored as a single byte, which goes up to 0xff hexidecimal and can (thus) store 0-255 as values.
I obviously haven't looked - can't look - at the actual code...
...but unless they do some crazy stuff it should be very easy to make it go up to, say, 250 (as a proper looking 'rounded' value).
