Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

We've had height and weight. Now, if we combine these, we can find out if we're healthy or not!
Thanks, bmi-calculator.net
Or, use English/Imperial BMI Calculator or Metric BMI Calculator

I wished I were underweight and muscled.
This is a false statement.

Just sayin, BMI is a horrible way to check your physique
Why?
Because if you lift, your muscle mass will most of the time highly outweigh your fat %, which means that you can be 6' 1 at 230 pounds, but be extremely lean and still be considered Obese/Overweight on the BMI scale
But my BMI is 24 if you're wondering
Maverick: Started up on a 6, when he pulled from the clouds, and then I moved in above him.
Charlie: Well, if you were directly above him, how could you see him?
Maverick: Because I was inverted.

Good point. I was actually aware of that... what a slip of the keyboard.
I guess I'm making the assumption that we don't have that many hardcore lifters.
Plus, consider the alternatives: unless your weight is extreme, it isn't a good picture of your well-being.
We could talk % body fat, but that requires too much effort to figure/no one knows to begin with.
But if you know yours with some degree of precision, that's yours to share.

what is considered healthy and what isn't

I ignore BMI because you can be very built, but over weight according to it.
"you can be very built" not "I am very built"
so why ignore it if the details don't apply to you?
Srs tho. If you're hitting the gym every day with 300 lbs bench, you don't need an internet webpage to tell you if you're healthy.
what is considered healthy and what isn't
according to us national institute of health:
Underweight = <18.5
Normal weight = 18.5–24.9
Overweight = 25–29.9
Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

well, he started it!
'very built'
I exaggerate to prove a point... and simultaneously betray my lack of knowledge regarding competitive benching weights.
I'm sitting on a (probably) 1-rep max of 125. So.... an extreme feat, to me, would be 195. BUT, there's plenty of folks with 225s or whatever.
So I tried to pick an abstract number to portray the aforementioned "very built" character.
in other words
"if you're very built you don't need the internet to tell you"
but that doesn't have my writing voice.

You have a BMI of 20.09
if you can read this....good for you

The person that came up with the BMI said himself that it should not be used as an accurate scale as honestly, ignoring the fact that muscle tissue and bone mass and pretty much every variable apart from height, weight and gender (btw the calculation posted above is the male one there is a slightly different one for females as well as for children), the calculation itself is completely inaccurate too.
Either way 15.5, which is good I guess because 2 years ago I was a 13.
